727 MOTO Pty Ltd Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: The competition is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of 727 MOTO Pty Ltd, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers (collectively the "Employees") and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate in the competition.
2. Agreement to Terms: By participating, the entrant ("You") agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Terms and Conditions and represent that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of 727 MOTO Pty Ltd as final and binding in all matters related to the competition.
3. Competition Period: Entries will be accepted until 11:59 PM AEST on the specified end date. Entries received after the end date will not be considered.
4. How to Enter: Follow the entry instructions provided in the competition announcement. Entries that do not follow the entry guidelines or are incomplete may be disqualified at 727 MOTO Pty Ltd's sole discretion.

Rights Granted by You: By entering this competition, you understand and agree that 727 MOTO Pty Ltd, its affiliates, and anyone acting on behalf of 727 MOTO Pty Ltd, has the right, where permitted by law, to use the content and personal information submitted for any promotional purposes without limitation and without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent.

Limitation of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless 727 MOTO Pty Ltd, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from your participation in the competition and/or your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize(s).
9. Disputes: The competition is governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this competition shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
